Our Independent Living apartments offer residents the opportunity to remain independent while eliminating the demands of cooking, cleaning, and home maintenance.

Our new and remodeled Enhanced Living II units are great for those with memory loss or who require personal care, medication administration, or assistance with moving about. Units are secured and staffed 24/7 with a licensed nurse.

Skilled Nursing

Our highest level of care is reserved for those who cannot care for themselves and who require 24/7 skilled nursing care. We offer a person-centered approach in private and semi-private rooms. Our Skilled Nursing facility is Medicare/Medicaid certified.

Rehabilitation Services

Rehabilitation Services

Our state-of-the-art Skilled Rehabilitation Center services those who are typically discharged from the hospital and require several weeks of physical, occupational, or speech therapy. These patients reside with us 24/7 in a comfortable, private, luxury suite while undergoing daily therapy. Meals are provided. We also offer outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy in our 1,500 square foot therapy gym with state-of-the-art equipment.

Temporary Stay

Do you need a break as a caregiver? Our temporary stay program provides a short-term place for a loved one to receive professional care and to give the caregiver a break. It is available in our Assisted Living I, Enhanced Living II, and Skilled Nursing units.
