The Elizabeth Scott Community was one of the first area facilities to offer a second level of Assisted Living, often referred to as residential care. Assisted Living Level II provides some nursing services, but not 24-hour skilled nursing care as that offered in our long-term care facility. It is an option for those who wish to maintain as much independence as possible, yet who require nursing services such as personal care, medication administration, special diets or assistance with ambulation. Typically, residents who reside in our Assisted Living Level II facility are those with changes to their health resulting from age, an accident or a rehabilitative effort.
